All products are supplied with a 2 Year Warranty commencing from the date of receipt of goods. Orlight Special Projects does not offer a warranty for third-party products. If you need product warranty support with your third-party product, please contact the product manufacturer.

WHAT IS A VALID PROOF OF PURCHASE?

For any warranty claim, valid Proof of Purchase is required.

Examples include:

  • A dated sales receipt from Orlight Special Projects.

  • A dated official e-mail from Orlight Special Projects confirming the purchase and shipment of product.

  • A receipt or confirmation e-mail displaying the product description and price.

  • An order number from the Orlight Special Projects website.

We will not accept:

  • A picture of the actual product.

  • A Certificate of Authenticity.

  • Cancelled cheques.

  • Credit card statements.

WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE A PROOF OF PURCHASE?

We may have a record of your purchase which we can locate for you - all you need to do is let us know the order number. If you do not have the order number we may be able to locate it using your name, address and e-mail address.

If the Product was purchased online, be sure to check your old e-mails, including your junk mail.
